Alicia M. Argo has been practicing law in Metro-Atlanta and the North Georgia area since 2007. A Georgia native, she grew up in Acworth and currently resides in Cherokee County. She attended Emory University in Atlanta for her undergraduate degree, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and International Studies. After Emory, she attended the University of Georgia School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007. She has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Blue Ridge Bar Association, and she is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
Alicia has been an associate with Dyer & Rusbridge, P.C. since 2007. During her tenure at the firm, she has focused primarily on civil litigation (including collection lawsuits, homeowners associations lawsuits, and quiet titles), real estate matters, and condemnation work. She currently handles most of the firm’s residential and commercial real estate closings.
Outside of legal work, Alicia also loves to exercise – everything from running to yoga to lifting weights, and she enjoys helping others learn to love exercise in group fitness classes she leads at local gyms throughout the week. She also enjoys gardening and reading novels, but perhaps her greatest pleasure in life is spending time with her husband and three children.
